Q.) Is there a charge for an estimate?

A.) No, estimates for collision damage are free. We even
provide off-site and after normal business hours. Just contact
us to make an appointment.

Q.) Do you have loaner cars?

A.) We do loaners available in some cases depending on your
circumstances. Give us a call or email today for more details

Q.) Why not go back to my dealer? That's where I bought my
car.

A.) Your dealer may not be your best choice for collision
repair. Many of the highest-quality facilities in the area aren't
affiliated with dealers. Your dealer generally has no unique

Q.) What are your hours of operation?

Q.) What is a unibody?

A.) Today, most passenger vehicles are of unitized
construction in which the frame, body, and major parts are
welded into a single unit or unibody. This design is lighter and
more fuel efficient, as well as less expensive to manufacture.

Unibodies are designed to crush upon impact in order to
absorb the kinetic energy of a collision and protect the
passenger compartment. While the unitized bodies are safer
for occupants, they present greater challenges in collision
repair. Because damage tends to travel though a unibody, the
entire body needs an examination and/or correction after a
collision.

There are several crumple zones engineered into a unibody.
These areas are designed to collapse upon impact to absorb
the impact of the collision and isolate the passenger cabin.
Extreme care should be taken when repairing or replacing
these structural members.
